With a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, she enjoys challenges related to people, systems, and organizational behavior. Claire is dedicated to serving those around her and enjoys helping people reach their full potential.
Claire comes to us with a background in both ministry and human resources. She has experience working with several HRIS platforms and managing general HR functions, knowing the importance of a holistic experience for both clients and employees. She values a culture of trust, communication, and fun.
In her free time, Claire enjoys exercising, playing sports such as tennis, pickleball, and volleyball, spending time outside, and volunteering with different ministries. She also prioritizes growing and challenging her faith by reading, listening to podcasts, and being around church community.
