Dennis brings more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and organizations through confidential documentation management, policy compliance, and administrative leadership across healthcare, education, and community-based settings.
Before joining Cedrus Wealth Group, Dennis served as a high school substitute teacher in both public and private school environments, where he supported student learning, maintained academic records, and upheld district policies and compliance standards. His background reflects a strong commitment to organization, professionalism, and service.
Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies, along with a Master’s degree in Ministry Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Originally from Belarus, he immigrated to Minnesota in 2009 and now resides in Andover. He is fluent in both Russian and English.
Outside of work, Dennis is passionate about faith, service, and community. He has served in ministry leadership roles for more than 15 years and is actively involved in student, young adult, and children’s ministries at Eagle Brook Church. In his free time, he enjoys pickleball, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
